Intended use:

FertiCult™ IVF medium is intended for washing and holding of human oocytes, performing fertilization by In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) or, Intracytoplasmatic Sperm Injection (ICSI) (until 2PN).

FertiCult™ IVF medium is ready-to-use.

Composition:

FertiCult™ IVF medium is a bicarbonate-buffered balanced salt solution, supplemented with glucose (5.55mM), lactate, pyruvate, and human serum albumin (4.0g/l, medicinal substance derived from human blood plasma). The product is also available with phenol red and/or gentamicin (10mg/l, medicinal substance).
