ISO 17025 accredited test lab
FertiPro is ISO 17025 accredited as test laboratory to perform mouse embryo assays (MEA) and human sperm survival assays (HSSA) for toxicity screening of ART-raw materials, culture media and consumables.
Mouse embryo assay
One-cell embryos are collected from hybrid mice and exposed to the test article according to customer-defined requirements. After 96 hours or 120 hours in vitro culture, development to expanded blastocysts is evaluated. A positive control is included with each assay.
Human sperm survival assay
Human sperm cells are exposed to the test article according to customer-defined requirements. Motility of the test article-exposed sperm is compared with the motility of a positive control.
